An application fee is $25.00 per adult for either a renter or a homeowner is required at time of application.
A $125 Admin fee is due at move in. (Homeowners do not pay the admin fee.)
Homeowners are responsible to pay their own gas and electric plus cable or dish/phone/internet.
Residents must pay a non-refundable RUBS billing fee of $4.08 per month, in addition to the resident’s portion of the property’s utilities for which resident is responsible.
